It’s an exciting time in our Music Ministry! Is it time for YOU be a part of this church ministry?
Our annual retreat is where it begins.
It’s a time to renew friendships, welcome new singers, brush up our singing skills, and prepare for our role in the worship life of our congregation. If you’ll be new to the choir, no worries! We’ll be reviewing music that we routinely use (choral preludes or introits, responses (amens), etc.), some familiar anthems, and some new ones, too. If you’re new, you’ll have singers around you who can help you feel comfortable as we practice together.
Our retreat takes place in two session.

We’re back in the Choir Loft for morning worship!
The Chancel Choir is open to singers from high school through senior adult in our congregation, as well as singers who might not have a church affiliation, but who have a desire to sing. (Upper middle school students with good singing skills and appropriate maturity may also be considered!)
You don’t have to be an expert music reader. If you are able to sing and match pitch reasonably well, we will help with the rest!
