Prayer is an important part of every Christian’s daily life. In some ways it can be the most important thing we can do for one another. We have several different ways to become involved in the Prayer Ministry at First Methodist and hope that you can find a way to be involved in one or more of them.

So many times pastors and churches alike assume that everyone knows how to pray. Sometimes people are not comfortable with praying out loud, but we always assume that you… as an individual… know “how” to pray.
But maybe you have struggled with it.
Maybe it has not felt comfortable for you. Maybe no one has ever helped you sit down and understand the basics behind ‘how to pray’.
